This is a dandy tool for quickly extracting fresh juice from a lemon, especially when the amount of juice needed is limited and you don't want to waste the remainder of the fruit. Screw the squeezer into a lemon and pour out as much juice as you wish. If juice remains in the lemon, simply close the squeezer's cap, place the lemon--with squeezer still inserted--in the tool's stand to keep the lemon upright, and store the whole contraption in the refrigerator so you can tap the lemon for more juice later.
